Javairia is a doctoral student of South Asian art history. Her research focuses on the habitats and sensibilities of precolonial tribal peoples of the Wakhan corridor in northern Pakistan. Her many travels across the world and passionate commitment to see the world as post-human reflects in her research, her fashion, and the numerous seedlings that dot her living room.
